# Eco-Creation for Every Nation (ECEN) Youth Exchange Successfully Completed in Germany
Türkischer Elternverein Calw e.V., we successfully completed the “Eco-Creation for Every Nation (ECEN)” Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Project, which took place between 6–15 March 2026 in Buchen, Germany.
The project was co-funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Programme and implemented with the support of Jugend für Europa under the hosting of Türkischer Elternverein Calw e.V.
A total of 43 young participants from Türkiye, Germany, Greece, the Czech Republic, and North Macedonia came together within the scope of the project to work on sustainability, recycling, environmental awareness, and eco-friendly creative production. Throughout the mobility, participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, develop intercultural understanding, and strengthen international cooperation.
During the project, participants took part in various non-formal education activities, workshops, simulations, group discussions, and creative sessions related to sustainable art and environmental responsibility. The program started with team-building and group dynamics activities which helped participants build trust, communication, and cooperation skills.
Participants were also introduced to the Erasmus+ Programme and Youthpass process through interactive presentations and discussions. Different sessions focused on the relationship between art and nature, environmental awareness, and the role of sustainable artistic practices in modern society.
One of the main highlights of the project was the practical workshops based on recycling and sustainable production. Young people worked with reusable and waste materials to create decorative objects, eco-friendly designs, and artistic products. Through these activities, participants improved both their creativity and their awareness of sustainable living practices. The activities encouraged active participation, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while strengthening participants’ sense of active citizenship and environmental responsibility.
The project also included reflection sessions, daily evaluations, intercultural evenings, and collaborative group work. During the intercultural nights, each country presented its traditional food, music, dances, and cultural values, creating a strong atmosphere of intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding.
At the end of the project, participants presented the eco-friendly products and creative outputs they had developed throughout the exchange. The results of the project will continue to be disseminated locally through the participants and partner organizations in order to raise awareness about sustainability and environmental protection among young people.
