The project was funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme and implemented with the support of Jugend für Europa. Within the scope of the project, a total of 31 young participants and youth leaders from Germany, Türkiye, Greece, Hungary, and Portugal came together to explore sustainability, ecological citizenship, creativity, and intercultural cooperation.

Throughout the exchange, participants took part in various non-formal education activities, workshops, group discussions, creative sessions, and intercultural learning experiences. The project combined ecological awareness with artistic and digital creativity through activities such as storytelling, video-making, recycling workshops, and sustainable living practices.

One of the main aims of the project was to encourage young people to actively participate in building a more sustainable future while strengthening communication, teamwork, and self-confidence. Participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, share good practices from their local communities, and develop a deeper understanding of environmental responsibility and cultural diversity.

Intercultural evenings and collaborative group activities created a strong atmosphere of mutual understanding, solidarity, and friendship among participants from different countries. Young people not only learned from each other’s cultures, but also developed practical skills that they can apply in their daily lives and future community initiatives.

As Türkischer Elternverein Calw e.V., we are very happy to have hosted this meaningful international project and to contribute to youth participation, environmental awareness, and intercultural dialogue through Erasmus+ opportunities. We would like to thank all participants, partner organizations, and supporters who contributed to the successful implementation of the project.
